Q: How long will my website take?

A: Our turnaround time varies depending on workload, but 5-7 days is the norm.

Q: Who owns the domain name?

A: We register the domain in your name. You own it, we just buy it for you.

Q: So do I have to renew and pay for the domain?

A: No. As long as you are our customer, we pay the renewal fees.

Q: Can I cancel my monthly payment?

A: Yes you can but you will need to arrange alternative hosting with wordpress pre-installed and contact us before you cancel, or you may lose the website content.
